Join us December 10th for Holidays in the Park!!

The Providence Parks & Recreation Department and the University of Rhode Island Outreach Center invite you to join us for Holidays in the Park!

Saturday, December 10th, 2011 from 11:00am - 2:00pm
at the Botanical Center at Roger Williams Park!

Admission is free with a donation of a non-perishable food item to the RI Food Bank.

Activities will include:
~ Demos of hand crafted decorations! Just in time for the holidays.
~ Exciting educational crafts for the kids.
~ The RI Rose Society will be selling hand crafted items and will also have some great demos on caring for your roses.
~ Ask a Master Gardener & Master Composter booths.
~ Handmade Wreaths for sale from the URI Master Gardeners.
~ A display of rare Poinsettias grown by the URI Master Gardeners.
~ Live Music, food and a raffle!
~ Gardening gift shop.
~ More surprises to come!
